The MSR01 is a single-acting polyurethane rod seal with an asymmetrical lip design. Its shorter inner lip reduces friction at low pressures, while the longer sealing lip compensates for minor piston rod deflection. The interference-fit outer diameter ensures secure installation and reliable static sealing.
Designed for demanding hydraulic applications, MSR01 provides excellent wear resistance, pressure resistance and protection against shock loads and pressure peaks.

Hydraulic cylinders, plungers and piston rods used in construction machinery and other heavy-duty equipment.

Installation
Suitable for closed grooves. Bend the seal into a heart shape for manual installation and protect the sealing lip from sharp metal edges. Use appropriate installation tools when necessary.
The maximum operating values must not be applied simultaneously.
